# Stake through Babylon Staking dApp Guide

An alternative option is available for those who prefer to **directly delegate to our finality provider** on the Babylon platform. To get started, you'll need to create an OKX wallet to hold your Signet Bitcoin, which is the testnet version of Bitcoin used for this purpose.

## Step 1. Set up OKX Wallet

* Head over to the official [OKX Wallet website](https://www.okx.com/web3) and download the extension.

* After installation, you can create a wallet or import one from a new one.

## Step 2. Add sBTC to the Wallet

* Open your wallet, scroll down to the bottom of the cryptocurrency list, and tap on "Manage Crypto"

* Search for "sBTC" and add it to your wallet.

* Make sure you are using a Taproot or Native SegWit address format, as PumpBTC Testnet is compatible with these address types. In your OKX Wallet, click on Signet BTC and verify the address type.

## Step 3. Get sBTC from the Faucet

sBTC is the testnet version of BTC. There are two ways to get it:

* Join the [Babylon Discord](https://discord.com/invite/babylonglobal) and head to the faucet channel to claim sBTC.&#x20;
* Use the [Official Signet Faucet](https://signetfaucet.com/) to acquire sBTC.

## Step 4: Stake sBTC through the Babylon Staking dApp

* First, visit the [Babylon Staking dApp](https://btcstaking.testnet.babylonchain.io/)

* It's important to note that Babylon has currently disabled its staking functionality. You will need to wait for the next time they open up staking again.
